Haven't read it yet but the Perturabo one is kinda meh.

The parts about his youth are awesome, showing him to even greater depth than in Angel Exterminatus.

Then come the part right before the Purge of Olympia which are pretty much "blam! boom! ka-blooy!" with no plot at all. Even for 40k standards.
