"Malal" isn't because GW doesn't have that copyright anymore.

"Malice" kinda exists through the Sons of Malice but he's never directly mentioned.

The hivemind is just malice. Tyranids are Warp Demons from the void beyond the stars. They didn't actually 'come' from any other galaxy, they are spawned by the nothingness of Malice (who represents that complete absence of emotion and life beyond the reach of the galaxy)
