Transexual dystopia where everyone was forced to take drugs at childbirth to become extremely androgynous and have no genitals, just a urethral hole.

The entire society uses technology based on nanomachines that bind to estrogen in the body, allowing you to do things like call an elevator or open sliding doors and so on.

The players are gender-rebels. They find old drugs, control their diet, and deal with seedy rebels to grow genitals and have sex for the first time. Characters that go towards the 'male' path become stronger and better at fighting but have less of the nanobot magic. Female characters on the other hand develop abilities that lets them shut off police drones and control cars with their mind because of their high estrogen levels.

Your goal is to leave the transfluid cityscape and return to nature where you can live in a peaceful tribal society with biological genders, free from the tyranny of the fluids.
