Introduce a kobold Npc to the story that has specific traits of certain OC holds that only a deeply entrenched scaliefat would get the references to.

0% but mostly because kobolds in my campaign are basically asexual outside of mating times where the females lay eggs and their chosen males spray them down. You know, like fish. You can't even really tell their gender.

I guess you could get the occasional same gender cohabitation and emotional intimacy, but that's mostly just happenstance rather than aim.

This, but you need to go harder. You need to make him rue the day he started looking at dragon dicks.
Don't just kill her off, that's too good for him, less effect, and he might just shrug it off.
You need to romance his character, have her seduce him somewhat, but not so much that it's blatant or done in a way that might irk your good players.
When he's seduced, have her use everything she's learned about his character to backstab him and the party, putting her in a villain role. Force him to be put in a position where he has to fight, maybe even kill his new waifu.
And of course, be sure to cuck him while you do it. Have her in a relationship with someone else and brag about how pathetic he was. The other players will just see this as a tried and true trope, but your target will be hit to his core.
Bonus points for cucking him with a Big Black Dragon.

You'd only need to know this if one of your players was playing a kobold, which would be dumb, because their whole thing is being really weak individually but dangerous in large numbers and in areas where they've had time to set up traps, so they should just play a dragonborn instead. So one of your players playing a kobold would only make sense if the rest of the group was scaly Viet Cong too, but at that point you might as well just go full Reverse Dungeon to get more variety.

Well my campaign's kobolds have genders and are sexulay dimorphic to an extent....But they can also change there gender if needed to rebuild the tribe (It takes few months in my setting).

So yes and no, because there can be gay kobolds but after few months they will be straight ones
