Because they're 3rd party stuff and the people making them don't want to invest in getting physical copies out there since it costs a fuckton more than just throwing PDFs into ready-made marketplaces.

I have 1.2. Not sure where I got it from. It's not great, mainly it's just "your fighting numbers get even bigger" more or less continuing levelups. Doesn't really feel like EPIC level characters who are transcending the very limits of mortality.

I mean, whoop-de-doo, your level 25 monk can now do a whole fucking 2d4 additional force damage on a Flurry hit. Yeah, awesome. Oh, and getting to level 30 as a rogue? Totally worth it for Death Save advantage.

I'm sure it all checks out mathematically. It' just the dullest, most boring way they could have done it.

I have it, but the idea that it can stand on it's own is ridiculous. You need the Epic Creature stuff if you want to do something other than have characters fighting dragons and tarrasques all day. As far as quality, I haven't used it, but it seems decent, even if it goes with the basic assumptions in terms of class balance (wizards get everything, warlocks get peanuts). I'd post it here but it's 18 megs, and the max for /tg/ is 8.

I want to fight you, but I'm just gonna admit that a level 17 wizard is going to be infinitely more intresting and epic than the stuff in this book.

One can turn housepets into fucking dragons and reshape reality. One is the closest thing next to gods, in the metaphysical pecking order, and can... be pretty good at not bleeding out and maximises critical hits.
