>You appear in a giant vault, filled with heaps of holy symbols, fetishes, charms, talismans and so forth. Holding a symbol and performing the proper prayer rite of that god/cult/entity/whatever transports you to another plane. There are also some that are not from the mundane world, and using them may attract attention from other entities. The owner of the vault is taking a pee break and will be back in 15 years if anyone wants to wait.
>You appear in a very normal place, with alien but reasonable plants, people and landscape features. However, you see this as though looking through a kaleidoscope and it's hard to make anything out. Saying "duude" transports you to another plane (placeholder, idk what to do with it).
>You appear in a long, uneven corridor. Looking up, the walls form tall statues of people of all different kinds of races of the world. Walking along it, the statues grow increasingly inhuman and strange, some seemingly missing from their plinths, others flickering in and out of view, changing shape and colors, or completely alive walking along with you. Standing by the side of the corridor and closing your eyes transports you to another plane.

>You appear on the wall of a large room with wooden flooring on all surfaces, as if it was the floor. It might be the floor, but it just doesn't feel like it. Laying down with your feet on the wall as if you're standing on what you feel is the floor transports you to another plane.
>You appear inside translucent jars embedded in the ground of a fairly earth-like place. The ground is green with grass in the immediate vicinity, but otherwise there's largely sand all around. You notice you can see extreme details, looking at a person you can see their pores, the fine texture of their skin, miniscule scars or imperfections, as well as microorganisms if you focus. Going to the sand you can see tiny aliens (black exoskeletons, feelers, stubby arms and round segmented bodies) milling about through microscopic tunnels, thousands of them in just a small area and probably billions if they inhabit the entire desert. They seem scared, but if paid attention to will beckon you closer. If touched, the creature and yourself are transported to another plane, the creatures all eager to get there but scared because you can kill millions of them with a single step.

>You appear back on the material plane in a village you haven't been to before. An old friend in the crowd approaches you and asks you to their house for dinner, where his family is waiting eagerly and the dinner is almost finished. All they can talk about is dinner and how much they're looking forward to it, and when it's finally served you see it's human meat. The housecat, the birds flying outside, and any other animals are also very human in their appearance (though they still behave and sound like animals). There's a portal in the town square to get to the real material plane, but why would you want to leave your old buddy so soon?
>You appear in a gloomy place, the sky gray and featureless and the ground covered in mounds and piles of skeletons, skulls and some rotted clothing and other equipment (none of it human). In the sky above is a large black moon, descending down and making you feel light as the gravity shifts gradually. Given time it will attract everything off the ground, and ascend into the sky again before expelling it all to rain down upon the blackened earth again. Above the moon is a darkened hole that can be jumped through from the top of it, transporting you to another plane.
>You appear on a stone pedestal far off the ground, about 30 feet in diameter, with more of them as far as you can see in the fog that seems to permeate all of this world. Each one seems to have a bonfire and one or more figures sat beside it. Some are silent and still, others chant strange words, move around erratically or add to the fire from their own bodies. Some fires are also burnt out, but even they emit a faint glow. This glow is what lights up most of the place, there is a faint glow echoing through the fog that might come from the sky, but that too may just be from more bonfires. The figures will transport you to another plane if you sacrifice something to the flame.

>You appear in a line of creatures, strange and alien, some of them seem confused but it's hard to tell with most. At the end of the line is a metallic curtain with numbers, lines and strange patterns all over. Creatures enter one by one, and inside are a man and a woman of whatever race the observer is, showing you towards a gate that will transport you to a different plane. They are very curious and will inspect whoever comes in, wanting to measure them - if you stand still, they will measure every part of you, down to the finger-bones. They love smaller things. They'll make things for you if you let them, from the junk they carry, but they always make them too big. They especially love children.

I'll do some more after eating if the thread doesn't die by then.

>You appear on top of what seems like a mask fashioned for something close to a human. There's little gravity and besides the mask there are quite dense wisps of clouds in different subdued colors. After a few seconds pass large eyes open within the mask, looking towards you and then around the place manically, but the eyes aren't entirely normal - in the whites you see masks, side by side hundreds of them, and looking closer at those masks even more masks make up those. Its eyes rest for more than a second on a single person or thing, and as they follow the clouds spiraling into the sky, whirling around, you feel a wind start blowing. As the eyes stop suddenly and stare at a point high above, the mouth of the mask opens and with a high-pitched noise starts sucking in air. The clouds go from spiraling upwards to tunneling down into the maw, and if sucked in you are transported to another plane.
>You appear on a level field of white goo, a towering mountain of a ... person? A ways away. Two of them in fact, moving slightly now and then with floating stones with glowing symbols on them where their heads should be, hands normal-looking and one of them is holding strange pyramid-shaped objects like the ones that make up his head. Large robe-like clothing cover the rest of their bodies, and they look entirely connected to the goo, melding with it and the goo seems elevated slightly around them. In the starless red sky float small boats or trains, people steering them back and forth from the giants retrieving or receiving something to take back. Eating from their husks sends transports you to another plane.

>You appear in a rectangular room with a pedestal in the middle and nothing else of notice. Atop the pedestal is a rectangular box, the same dull blue color as everything else here. Opening it up you see yourself inside the box, having just opened an even smaller box, presumably with an even smaller you inside it and so on. Looking up, you can see a large you staring down at you. Closing your own box transports you to a different plane.
>You appear in a marshy forest, areas with green grass and sunlight and other areas dark and gloomy despite being under the open sky. In a particularly large pond, a particularly large creature is sitting. When you appear, it makes a sound halfway between a croak and a squeal, and it keeps making this sound while turning its head to have an eye completely focused on you. It mostly looks like a large frog, though its skin has several layers, sort of flitting back and forth from being visible and not. It tries to communicate, making sounds and talking remarkably eloquently - though not in any language you can comprehend. It moves its massive hand out towards you eventually, giving up on communication. Hi-fiving its hand transports you to another plane.

>You appear floating among numerous rocks, gems, suspended pools of color, pieces of fabric, objects entirely of light, constructions and other unfamiliar objects. Some are as large as planets, others as small as your thumb; some are still and lifeless, while others are active and moving or have some kind of life on them; but they all share the fact that they are incredibly, almost painfully, colorful. Looking around it feels as though your senses are overwhelmed, seeing things no human should be capable of seeing. You notice shapes of white light now and then and may notice that you yourself are but a shape or white light. You travel by the will of your mind, and though planet-size objects should block your view and your movement, it is not so. In fact you feel like you aren't just "you" - you're "they". You permeate the entire expanse of space, observing everything and present everywhere. Joining with another figure transports you to another plane.

These are fantastic.

>You appear as if you just walked into this small room from one of the two doors, three chrome-plated creatures with vicious-looking tentacles studying you and gesturing towards a sofa. The sofa smells musty but is quite comfortable with a mushroom-like consistency, and there is also a potted plant, some lamps and a window showing some kinds of moving images in the room. The creatures don't seem to be violent but will keep anyone from going for the doors. Once the players are settled in they start playing instruments: the lanky one gets out a glass trombone with many more tuning slides; the one with 12 tentacles instead of 8 swings around with a guitar that has horizonal strings going along it, seemingly from mid-air; and the pudgy-looking one slides a drum kit out from the wall, the drums shaped strangely echoing the slapping of his tentacles to create a bass-like undertone of constant slaps. Together it sounds discordant but quite nice. When asked what is going on, the creatures will say that the master will just be a minute and to wait here. The master does not come, and the doors lead to the material plane and transport you to another plane.

>You appear in a large room. More of a hangar actually though there are no planes in sight. All around you are men dressed in high altitude flight gear. They say nothing. They don't move. They just stare at you. Attempting to make contact with one causes the man to evaporate into a cloud of dust while what sounds like a jet engine turning on roars in your ear. However, their suit remains behind. At the end of the hangar is a door. The only way to make it through is to put on one of the suits.
