Rei has a pillowfort deck with no wincon. She doesn't seem to really enjoy playing, but it takes her a long time to lose.

Kaworu plays a combo deck with a bunch of convoluted moving pieces and lifegain that if it goes infinite will win the game, but is super easy to disrupt.

Manaka is from a reality where there was either no outrage at all from Chronicles or the collectors were simply told to shut the fuck up.
With no reserved list, Wizards was able to print whatever they wanted, and ended up printing the original duals (and various other important cards) with enough frequency that Legacy (or perhaps Vintage) became the format of choice for many players - and sets are designed around Legacy and Limited, with Standard simply being something else you can do.
The other changes in the game are also caused by this important divergence, mostly in their world's version of the Sixth Edition Rules Update (which changed way more things) The soul crystal thing is just a set mechanic that turned evergreen.

Door to Nothingness is a lose condition and not a win condition so it isn't there, there's no basic land types for Coalition Victory, no coinflips for Chance Encounter, standard decksize so no Battle of Wits. Could technically win with Darksteel Reactor/Helix Pinnacle/Approach of the Second Sun but there's zero acceleration for any of it and it would have to occur naturally.

Aqua plays a lot of flashy cantrips, draw, and scry effects, but doesn't have a win condition.

Kazuma's deck has a lot of steal effect and depends on stealing his opponent's win condition.

Megumin runs a lot of burn a few massive-damage combos but doesn't have any card draw to reload if she tries to kill the opponent and fails.

Darkness has a do-nothing white lifegain deck that has no win condition but runs stuff like Platinum Angel/Empyrion to avoid death as long as possible.

Aqua's deck is probably WU and lots of unnecessary black hate cards because goddess vs evil and all that. Because of this everyone that plays even one swamp usually tries to go for her first.

Kazuma's deck is UB because of this, he steals everything up to and including your turn. Also transmute.

Megumin's deck is probably mono-red but would be the best deck if she splashed some blue or green for card draw and the like. But she won't so she vomits her hand, probably removes someone in a single phase and is basically done for the game.

Darkness' deck actually does have a few win-conditions she just never draws them,
so people aren't even sure if they exist.

I'd say that there's 2/3 options for reimu- the first is that, with how everyone sees her a different way but is still drawn to her + her position as one of gensokyos centre, she has some kind of 5C deck to reflect that, and 5C does sorta reflect her personality there in that there are all the different sides to her there- I'd either put her off duty persona as 5C or no-black 4C, as the only times she's really shown ambition most prt is shrine followers and such, and for all she bitches about jher lack of worship, and youkai shrine, she probably doesn't mind *that* much so I don't think B is enough to be as big a colour for her.

The alternative is that you give her a deck based off her in actual serious mode, which is a lot more simple- Monowhite, because at that point she is all about enforcing the laws of gensokyo. Deck is full of fliers (duh), O-ring style affects, because sealing, flickers and "cant attack / tax on attack" card because of how she has her "floating / 'no ' " ability, so would work out as some kind of mono white prison deck, with stuff like iona as the final ones.

Marisa would probably be RB "fucktonne of mana rituals into fireballs, storm, other X damage stuff", based on her magic style, even if not her personality.
