There isn't such a rule that I know of. T'au have a thing in their base index that lets them advance and fire an RF weapon; the Target Lock support-system, which specifically says you get the -1 to hit if you did this with a RF weapon. I don't know of a global rule for such, so unless otherwise mentioned, you don't have the penalty. Yes, this is very silly.

With Move and Fire!, grenades would become Assault weapons, removing the 'one attack per squad' and 'substitute all your attacks' restrictions. So this means each model in the squad could shoot with krak grenades, frag grenades, and lasguns in the same turn. Wow, that's almost as strong as rolling a D6.

Somewhat, but not quite. You can attack with all your weapons, but some weapon types have restrictions.

Grenades, which you've listed, can't be used with other weapons by the same model. Also, pistols. A model can either attack with all its pistol weapons, or all its non pistol weapons.

Look up the rules on page 180 for more detail.

There are faction keywords (All units in your army have to share one faction keyword between them, and all units in a detachment have to share a faction keyword as well), and then there are mechanical keywords, like vehicle. Each Inferno boltgun costs just 3 points, that's 15 for all of them.
Each combi plasma is 15 so you get nearly equal cost at 3 combi plasmas and 2 combi boltguns.
So three of your shoots will be much better but two of them will be inferior, I'm still not sure which unit to pickup.

This is and always has been fan canon.

Space marines are portrayed as invincible demi gods by imperial propaganda and by the ecclesiarchy but in reality they're barely enough to deal with most of the threats of the 41st millenium. Marine chapters that buy into their own hype tend to get wiped out and it happens more frequently than most think.

Furthermore the average marine never makes it to 100 years of service and will get slaughtered horribly at some point before that. There's a reason why veterans are exceptional and not the rule.
