Purity Above All. Ah so the blessed Omnissiah wishes for these marines to be focused on purity. All the better to show how Cawl's methods eliminate the genetic drift the last 10,000 years have caused.
However, that's kinda boring you decide. So, why not give them a little psychological flaw for character? Cawl surely won't mind, especially if you're going to be grooming this chapter for him.

Yes, despite not telling them about their primarch right away it seems some of it stuck. They view themselves as winged terrors of the night who attack their enemies suddenly and without warning.
Hopefully the chapter master you've decided to groom for the position is a level headed sort and doesn't become some sort of man-bat.
