What's your favorite? I've not been able to play many but I have played CAH a lot and Bang. If you want to see my decks on card cast, just ask or come to the discord.

Need advice?
Looking to play?
So what are some interesting resource types in TCGs?
We've got dedicated cards, alla Magic's land and Pokemon's energy.
There's the X number of plays a turn, like Yugioh.
Energy counters, like Magi-Nation or Hearthstone.
Japanese games like using any card as an energy type.
Is there anything else, not including the hybrids of these systems?
I'm not sure what you're asking anon
>What's your main TCGs
None, currently.
>How many have you played?
TCG: Yugioh, MTG, Pokémon
CCG: Hearthstone, PvZ Heroes, YGO BAM, Elements the Game, Tyrant
>What do you wish came back?
Ygo BAM, without the autistic grind and (((energy))).
>What do you wish had a game?
Idk
>What is your favorite card you own, from any game (or from multiple games, all good).

Are there any other ways TCGs manage resources, as a card type or mechanic? Some games dedicate a card type, others make you keep track of resources not represented by cards, other games limit what you an play.

I have one too, it's in my e-heroes. A friend of mine who passed away loved that card. then I found out she did and a friend of ours had it on him. I asked him if I could have it to remember her for it cause she was always so nice to me. So I keep it in my deck as a part of her.

I just recently heard of an MTG format called Frontier Magic (not to be confused with Frontier) but to speculation that the Explorers of Ixalan set will be a revamp of that format, where lands are laid out like a grid, and you get lands by traversing over them. I feel like that's an incredible idea for a card game resource mechanic.
