I had an idea, /tg/, to make all-human settings more viable/make "it fits muh build" less of an excuse for playing other races.
Simply put, my suggestion would be to remove the obviously non-human traits of the respective races (i.e., darkvision) and then letting players choose a template for their human character instead - instead of a half-orc, they'd be "Strong human", or somesuch.
Thoughts?

Who cares, none of them have anything worth looking at in comparison to a bonus feat anyway.
Truly groundbreaking idea, OP

Ok so, out the top of my head, I can put it to you this way.
>setting takes place in earth and in an absurdly distant future (like a million years from now).
>After several collapses of civilization
>Humans have divided into several subgroups due to genetical engineering.
>Most, if not all magic is actually hyper advanced and semi-understood technology.
I'll leave the finer details to you.
Strangely Pathfinder works kinda better for this.
All humans have a flexible +2 to any stat and their flexibility allows them to fit any build.
They can even take a special feat called racial heritage which makes them able to classsify as another race for things like feats and class archetypes.
But then again explain to me how all human is this setting?

I'm sorry, I'll go back to posting /pol/quest #83259 feat. RubyWaifu or another fucking general.
