So, i don't see any limitation on missiles on the FW index, neither on the amount that can be fired each turn or on the fact that they can only be used once

Is a model with 6 missiles able to shoot all 6 every turn?

Hopefully the codices introduce more wargear options across the board, most factions seem to be a bit bland when it comes to selection, with a few units having no choices at all.

I guess it's worth it to have all factions on the same "page" so to speak, time will tell if future releases ruin the current balance or not.

Power armour and storm shield doesn't make sense does it? Pretty sure they dont stack, and you'll always use the storm shield for the 3++ invul. Could be missing something, I dont know.

Camo and SB on everything seems kinda cancerous, but alright. I assume everything has +BS?

I feel like you are going a tad too heavy on the melee inquisitor. Sure, it is not a bad one, he is extremely durable and will royally skull fuck most beginner kill teams, and camo helps him close in, but... just keep in mind that you are throwing your leader into melee by himself. It might work out, but chances are you will just get charged by 8 dudes and lose your leader.

5 storm bolsters should be able to do fairly well on their own though. Usinh the inquisitor as a defender rather than an offensive blender is probably best.

Considering the models, I would suggest just converting bolters to storm bolters (pretty easy to do well enough), and getting some IG with Camo gear as the base models.

How do you guys keep focus on finishing an army?

I've been making pretty good progress with my sisters of battle, getting a unit finished and based every week or two, but I've managed to pick up a cheap talons of the emperor box on ebay and now I'm just really hyped about starting them up since I know it'll be months before I'm close to finishing my current army.

I don't think it helps that I have a pretty cool theme worked out for the Talons, which isn't something that's so easy with sisters of battle.

Yes and it's still shit because the game was fundamentally flawed from the ground up. Things that should be in the base game have to be unlocked through grinding in the MOBA mode, and it's built all around your hero special attack loadouts that you pick before the match rather than getting to customize on the fly during the game. It's also the reason why Last Stand won't be added, because they'd have to reprogram and redo everything for such a game mode to be possible. Relic bet everything on the eSports market and shit the bed so hard that they will hopefully be shut down for their treachery.

And for what it's worth, it's not just GW that get uppity about points values, it's pretty common for wargaming companies to do this. Hawk Wargames, for example, allow literally all the rules for their DZC units to be online apart from what's needed to make a list.

Yeah, anon is exagurating. They are basically guard, but with really cheap chaff units, and can be taken with chaos.
There main thing is that they have LD shanigans: the first time you test, tyou roll D6+2, and thats it for the rest of the game. Many units have a rule that makes them 2d6 pick the highest +3, which is fine.

Basically the way to play them is to take MSU of marines in the troops slot and have disiples as cheap elites with heavy guns.

No point values for upgrades were usually listed on the unit page and the point value you paid included basic wargear. Now you have to memorise (or look up) your unit cost, standard load out costs (most are 0, like boltguns, bolt pistols, chainswords, ect) and points of ANY upgrades. It is your only source of high impact weapon, incase of Nid and Harlequin. On Acolyte they may not seem so great, but they're great on Crusader (it's their best range weapon). The S4 Ap-1 profile in melee are still better than nothing.
