Mono red has, what, 5 wheel effects that actually let you draw 7 after discarding? Wheels that just redraw the same number aren't card advantage.

Yeah there are a bunch of options for Red card draw and advantage. The whole point of Neheb is to take extra combat phases and then use the mana to dig for more combat phases through aggressively digging while you load up your table and wipe lands.

Any feedback on my Azami deck? I still need to grab a few of the cards, as you can see there, but none of them are too bad and I just didn't have any of them on hand at the moment. You should really consider an Isochron package. Take it from my experience that Nameless One, Scourge of Fleets, and Thassa are not good in this deck. Also come to peace with the fact that by not making the most cutthroat Azami deck you can that people will still always target you because of MoM.

People already always target me, so I'm not super worried about that. There's always someone who has some personal vendetta against one of my decks and turns the whole table against me, so I've been forced to adapt. The playgroup is pretty casual though so this would be considered about on their level as far as competitiveness goes.

And yeah, Nameless one is probably bad, but I feel like having only one Morph card defeats the purpose a bit. Maybe I'll replace it with Aphetto Alchemist, or one of the "turned face up, counter target spell' cards.

If you think this, you don't play monored. Either that, or your decks are garbage.

Red has no issues getting cards or creating mana. Artifact mana is enough for any deck and red has some great artifact manipulation. Wheel effects can also constantly refill your hand.

Red has two main problems:
1. Card selection - wheels get you a ton of new cards, but red has almost no ability to control what you're getting.
2. Removal - obviously it's the best at destroying artifacts and cards like Blasphemous Act and Starstorm can clear creatures, but enchantments in particular are a huge issue. When I draw Gamble, I'm trying to get Chaos Warp with it almost every single time

Red can be super powerful, but it's just inconsistent.

It's true that we can't theorycraft the exact synergies of the deck, since we only know most of the dino rares/mythics and not the necessary commons and uncommons too, or anything from Rivals, but we can already tell from what we have and what we can infer about a concept as simple as Dinosaur tribal in Naya colors that ramp matters.

It's also not a bad idea to consider that with a tribal-themed Commander 2017, one of the tribes known to be Dragons, which are heavy in one of our colors, and with a lot of speculation already going on about the other decks, it's not bad idea to plan some of this shit out now and avoid what's already happened to poor Mana Echoes because of Slivers speculated for C17.

What commander would be ideal for stealing everyone else's decks? I know the obvious choice would be Memnarch but usually when Memnarch is cast the game ends, I want to actually be able to use the things I take in order to make each game have more variance. I've considered both Grim-Grin (Gravespawn Sovereign, Corpse Queen, etc.) and Olivia (Herself, Captivating Vampire, etc.) since both of these can fall back on tribal in bad situations. Keiga seems a little underpowered but has the option to run clones to acheive the same effect, then theres milling with Lazav...
I'm at a loss. What's the most efficient way of achieving this dream? Ever since I've managed to make my LGS fear Perplexing Chimera I've become hooked on shitting up the game and holding everyone at ransom.

Mana Vault is somewhere in between, get it if you've got a little spare budget.
You're mono-black so get Charcoal Diamond and Jet Medallion. Coldsteel Heart is Diamond #2
2-mana rocks that enter untapped are premium, so pick up Mind Stone and Thought Vessel, maybe Prismatic Lens if you need it
Have 3-4 rocks that are either bigger or serve an additional purpose. Honestly, 4 but one of them is Everflowing Chalice that can be cast as just a 2-cost. Other than that look at Hedron Archive, Thran Dynamo, Worn Powerstone, Magnifying Glass, Commander's Sphere (not so much in monocolor), or maybe even Dreamstone Hedron with a commander as expensive and potentially mana hungry as Razaketh. Which ones you use in a monocolor deck depends on what it needs. Black has good CA but it's often stuck in annoying places so Magnifying Glass is nice but not the necessity it is in mono-white. Similarly, Dynamo jumps ahead of Hedron Archive if you're unlikely to need to crack the archive

So overall, if I were building a rock base for Razaketh it would probably be as follows

Already spoiled (deciphered rares from the first set of Ixalan) we have a flier that makes all opposing creatures ETB tapped, a big fucker that does Angelic Chorus, a big fucker who bolts an opponent and a creature on ETB (Could be better), a big fucking trample hexproof dork, and a stats unknown but probably big double striker that gives all your other creatures double strike when it attacks. Especially when Dino Commander here is going to be cheating their fat casting costs, it seems like they're well on their way to being... not good, but at least legitimate.

At least a few old creatures (Particularly "Raptor" named creatures and whatever-saur creatures, maybe the Tyrannax family) might get errata'd to dinosaur too. Not sure any of them are particularly good though.

Purphoros is just the worst for everyone. Someone who plays him usually doesn't win and dies first, but leaves everyone else at 6-10 life and someone with a creature in play wins. So dumb.

I think it's safe to say it'll happen, though. It's always occured when a type has been (re)introduced, like Gremlin or Praetor, and at least one creature I can think of, Pygmy Allosaurus, has "Dinosaur" on its typeline.
