Oldwalker Spark gives you power level 1000.
Neowalker Spark gives you power level 100.
Elder Dragon gives you power level 1000 (rivaled Oldwalkers).
Bolas also had miscellaneous superpower because he was fucking 25k years old with near-endless stores of mana bonds, knowledge, and abilities, so that's another 1000.
Other Oldwalkers had various other shit of their own to lesser degrees.

These are additive. The Spark explicitly does give you access to a bunch of extra mana bonds on other planes, so you have a higher ceiling. We know that from Ob Nixilis reawakening his Spark and immediately being able to re-establish a bunch of old mana bonds that boosted his power further.

Bolas (pre Mending) = Elder Dragon + Oldwalker + 1000 = 3000.

Bolas (post Mending) = Elder Dragon + Neowalker + 1000 = 2100

Jace = Neowalker + 100 (telepathy etc.) = 200.

Two big issues with that. The people could just have a prophecy already in place fortelling something like this or the end of world. ANYTHING is more evocative than the name they ended on. We don't know who'd win in a throwdown between Bolas and Yawgmoth. They were separated by a thousand plus years, and never interacted.

Their big feats are things akin to Yawgmoth killing something like half to 2/3 of a plane when he showed up because he was a massive black mana cloud, while Bolas' big ones would be from very early in his career when he wiped out one of Dominaria's continents or his later years when he couldn't actually manifest on a plane except in specific spots because he was so stronghe'd shatter it otherwise.

Urza was one of the deadliest of the Oldwalkers we know, but it wasn't his raw power or mana bonds. He's much more like Tezzeret. In actual power he was markedly below whatever you'd term as a "big gun" and was arguably even weak (for an Oldwalker anyway), but he made up for it with nigh-peerless artifice and cunning.
