Using only the supplies in a garage, how can I thin my paints? Denatured alcohol? Mineral Spirits? Will those work?

tapwater you egg.
>>
Honest question, is my paint to thick?
>>
>>53795750
I'd say yes

Maybe mine is too thin though; sometimes it takes me 2 or 3 layers to get a solid cover.
>>
Use water you mong.
>>
>>53795690

>>
>>53795690

Yes. All paints are too thick.
You should paint with homeopathic paints. 1 part of paint per 100.000.000 parts of water.
>>
>>53797275
Homeopathic paints would be billion parts water and one part whatever the opposite of paint is.
>>
>>53795690
Rubbing alchohol or Eco Spirit.
>>
>>53797315
Holy fuck man, you're going to lay it on way to thick with that shit. What a waste of plastic crack.

Don't, basically. You need acrylic medium particularly, and even then depending on their condition it might not be worth the effort.

I've tried to limp along with shitty hobby tools for years before, and it only makes the process more frustrating. Don't do it to yourself, you want to enjoy the hours you spend painting, otherwise why bother?

A bit of grey plastic?
Would dipping your figures in homeopathic paint be enough to produce a high quality painting? World the quality be better the more it's diluted?
