Mid or late chain? You'll probably be fine. Get a perk to protect you from power draining and a perk to protect you from precognition and you're safe from the worst you'll have to deal with. OK, the Charmed Jump. That is a LOT of jump. Like Dirges Drive long. Not necessarily a bid thing, but takes some time to read.
1: Perks & Items, I'd change the listing order to Good, Neutral, & Evil, so neutral was between the two extremes.

2: Companions and Pets
The all the companions except imports just cost to much.

I guess this is OK considering some of the powers you can have, but since this is based on the Charmed Monkeys, and some of the monkeys has multiple powers, I'd just give the monkey 1,000 PP of powers, so you could build a Jumper monkey, or a companion monkey, or the canon Charmed monkeys. (And note buying a set of 3 monkeys can have The Power of Three with each other if you wish.)

This is out of place considering how powers are treated in the setting, what happened to the monkeys in the show, and how other jumper and companions powers can be transferred. Modify the line to something like "And unlike what happened to the monkeys in the setting, ones received here have a benefactor guarantee their powers cannot be removed."

This is really clever. Since you are paying CP for import slots I'd change it from holding 4 mantles/profiles to 12, to match the 12 Olympians, and note that if you have other methods of granting/transferring/awakening powers you can incorporate those into a mantle as well.

A related issue, recently companion loyalty became a topic, and one of the issues raised was that they liked perfectly loyal companions because if a companion left 100 jumps in, a new companion would never catch up. How about letting a copy of a companions powers gained over the many jumps be stored in the urn if the companion chooses to stay behind or return home? So a later companion could take up their mantle and powers?

A 600 CP companion should be a Hulk, a Thor, someone at that power level. The high level canon companions aren't for the most part. They seem to die like flies in the setting, and don't really demonstrate that level if power. I wouldn't consider an Elder 600 CP level from what was demonstrated in the show (they are not that powerful individually, and get slaughtered in mass when something actually powerful gets into heaven), and you don't even offer then as companions.
600 CP would be companioning the Source as an in setting example, or something source level.

The OC 600 CP companions basically have the same cp as an import, with the other 550 CP over a companion import giving them a 'free' race package, when every race but twice blessed is less than that, and the ones that can be twice blessed require you to be twice bless (and pay for it yourself) or charge them to be twice blessed out of their CP. They seem like 200 CP companions really

The Charmed ones as the worlds protagonists probably are worth 600 CP for the Set, but should fit in one companion slot. Them being strongest together united as one is basically their thing.
