He updated it again, the absolute madman. Here comes the next two years of no updates.

Welcome to last week.

Last week was Patreon only and I guess some people missed the /tg/ threads.

>Here comes the next two years of no updates.
Don't.
Just... don't.
>the empty quarter is why we've remained so isolated
>there might be other races in it
who wants to bet the bellarmine was destroyed by a third party
>>53752663
Ancient Orion war machines still prowl the empty quarter, defending the frontiers of the vanished progenitor race in case their ancient foes the Antarans should ever return.
>>53752663
>who wants to bet the bellarmine was destroyed by a third party
I was kind of thinking it was the Emissary's people that did a bit of 'Shoot first, loot shit, and worry about getting caught later.'

>Left Hand Rule instead of Right Hand Rule
And nerd-girl is supposed to be a designated smart elf. Loroi confirmed for scientifically illiterate cargo-cultists!
>>53752392
Goddamnit fuck you anon I thought we were witnessing the end of days and it's just a rehash
>>53753744
That won't stop Jardin from bringing culture to them.
>>53753768
I hope that's the code word for hot dickings.
>>53753744
Loroi are mostly left-handed.
>>53754107
So they're not a natural species then?
Can I make a Colonel Kurtz Umiak character for the next GURPS campaign.
>>53754123
You fucking well know they aren't.
>>53754034
Read "cultural enrichment" as "miscegenation" for the full /pol/ experience.
>>53752392
Is that a real chair?

The artist does the sets in 3d and then draws 2d over it.
The guys who have been posting new pages a week before they get released to the public have sort of screwed up the natural flow of hype when a new page comes out

Word of God states that there are other races up north from where the Earth is in the Outsider universe. Which is where the refugees were headed before they decided to stick with us
Good God.
>>53757029
Do you want us to sit on them?
>>53754123
You know the main theory right now is that humans are majority right-handed essentially due to chance? We could equally have been majority left-handed.
>>53760205
Or alternatively, the universe has a chirality.
>>53754123
Aye, it proves they're demons.
>sex tourism is still going to be a thing, though.

>yfw you will never ever be an escort to blue space elves.
Oh hot damn, turns out there were several new pages for me since I'd stopped paying attention.
Looking at the symbols on the screen, I remembered seeing this a long time ago. The Cancer symbol stands out a lot as also being a symbol on Earth. It never really occurred to me that there might be other fans of Outsider out there who pitched in wild theories on this but it's always been one of the things I most wanted an answer to.

Someone on the outsider forums translated the map on 118.
I had an Outsider theory a couple days ago, and I want to put it to pen/shitpost before it completely falls out of my brain. It goes something like this:
To cover the basics we need only keep in mind three facts:
1. The Loroi were created by some other progenitor race (take your pick of the 2/3 mentioned in the backstory) in the image of another race (in this case humanity) much like the Barsam and Neridi were. And the Loroi are the only psychic species. Nothing crazy about this, we knew/suspected (depending on what sentence you're looking at) it already.
2. Humanity has been exposed (potentially multiple times?) to near-extinction events. And that's humanity in particular we're interested about.
3. Humans are essentially nulls in the psychic system except not. They cannot be seen, but can apparently see (see pre-interrogation page). Humanity has just as much if not more psychic potential than, say, the Barsam but without the 'psychic beacon' that goes along with it.
Knowing this, I propose the following:
Humans used to be massively psychic. Just as if not more so than the Loroi. Fitting a natural species, humanity's various psychic abilities would probably have been pretty random, but with an emphasis on what can be used to survive in the wild. And, if it were useful, psychic cloaking (ie hiding your mind as the loroi can sometimes do). (Psychic predators?)
So what happened?
The Loroi's creators happened. I don't know why, but for whatever reason they would appear to have taken some samples (to produce the Loroi), then culled all the psychic signatures they could find. Naturally this means all those impressive mind controllers and telekinetics with abilities potentially outstripping those of the Loroi got fucking dead. Those who could breed were the psychic hiders. Maybe they even got a bunch of psychic animals, too.
This would also explain why masking psychic signatures is so hard for the Loroi - their creators didn't want them doing it.
Thoughts?

>Giving Earths location to a galactic empire that you dont know much about.
>>53766165
That was the plan, anon.
It was a shitty plan, but probably the best of three shitty plans that were the only thing they can do.
>1. spread 'em for the Loroi
>2. spread 'em for the Umiak
>3. sit tight until the Loroi/Umiak efforts to outflank their enemy by exploring jumproutes in previously neglected regions opposite the historian zone results in first contact by independent raiding force and say "please be gentle".
>>53766652
I agree with you, and agree with the Ensign's reasons for preferring the Loroi, but I really feel like Earth's location shouldn't be one of the very first things you give out. Of course it's going to come up and all the information you give them is going to help point them in the right direction but at least save it for the official negotiations.
Not >>53766165 btw.

It being some trigger happy Loroi captain/tac officer/Commodore is so likely its not even a thing. It's that kind of war, anon. Recon by fire, if it does something about it, yup, it was an enemy. If it can't, it wasn't important. If it was friendly its dead.
>happened a fair bit in the Pacific War. Sunk a Jap sub/Filipino fishing boat/American sub were all actual outcomes of the practice
>the point is it hardly takes a conspiracy
>>53760134
As harsh and unthankful as it sounds, maybe.
Or maybe just tease the first panel or something.
>>53764107
I thought of something similar and proposed the same idea on point one of the last few threads.
