My complaint about this cyoa is that you need far more Influence Choices than Essense Choices, especially since I want to do 'God of Death' type deal but guess you gotta grow tentacles for that. Also the Underworld choices suck.

Demiplane is vast savanna scattered with mountains, crawling with monsters and eldritch abominations. Plane affinity so that we can train various animals as pets for hunting and guarding things. Have village of diverse and exotic amazons that have culture obsessed with hunting and slaying monsters, kind of like Norn in GW except amazons and not shapeshifters. They'd hunt giant serpents that hide under the sand, nomadic centaurs, and giant carnivorous birds that live on top of mountains. Amazons live as tribe that shares everything and are very cooperative for survival. Forging strong weapons and training hunting pets are important to them. I live in tower and am leader of the amazons because of powerful elemental magic that is strongest close to my tower and because I can turn into a dragon to fight off biggest monsters. Take form change so I can be tall, strong amazon. Occasionally travel to earth when things are calm to check how everything is back home.

Realm is bunch of floating volcanic islands. The lava comes from a magical pocket dimension. They erupt sometimes, but the capital is built around this problem, so it's always changing and can be very dangerous! Volcanic soil means there's places that are very fertile so there's lots of food.

If I had a nature it would probably be Modest but I'm embracing the edge. I'd have Sevr learn Sleep powder for those immune to my Hypnosis and Darwin would be able to improve my Poke'Rus and maybe copy my immunity to the side effects to Sevr and other members. Normally I'd be an infiltrator that drives people mad and fucks with their dreams and memories using my ability and hypnosis. Liber Mortis does have some good spells, don't get me wrong. I'm perfectly happy taking 3 or 4 spells from it. I just don't think it makes a good focus since it doesn't have as much variety and so the higher tier spells often just end up being stronger versions of the same thing instead of actually doing something new. It means the lower tier spells that you have to take as part of your focus seem to be kind of wasted.

Environment - Forest. Jungles scare the shit out of me with their native fauna and I don't particularly care for the sun, much less the sun bearing down on me all day long.

Location - Dock house, as it gives me the opportunity to eat well for my 9-day vacation.

Special items - Halo of the Saint and Mirror of the Bashful. Being able to walk on water soundlessly, so as not to disturb the more aggressive aquatic life native to the lake, will be quite handy. Quiet casts are a blessing too.

Allies - the Carpenter (handy with tools, handy with wood, and surrounded by trees. With any lucky, his food will offer some sides to pair with the fish), the Author (it'll be nice to bounce some ideas off of him, even though we don't write about the same things. Maybe we'll visit the merchant for a souvenir), and the Skeleton (doesn't eat, doesn't sleep; able to alert us to dangers while we eat and sleep).

Trackers - the Orc. He'll likely find us at the lake, as he'll get thirsty eventually--it'll be a matter of when. Rather than having the carpenter work up an appetite to try and set a trap, I think I'll try luring the Orc into the lake.

Mobs - zombies (slow and manageable), slimes (easily dealt with), and skeletal hordes (it's getting awfully spooky now).

Passive monsters - leviathans. Should solve the orc problem. Alternatively, it could be the death of me. Good thing I'll be water-running away from everything.

Event - Crashed pilot, though I don't know about actually going to look for the downed plane. I'd have chosen heavy rain if I didn't think the leviathans or pneumonia would kill me by day 3.
