Back from my nap, but something needs to be discussed. While writing the cultural dossier for Eortan, I came to a realisation of just how stonkingly, overwhelingly, vastly, impossibly MASSIVE our galaxy is!

If we assume that one in every hundred-or-so planets is capable of supporting life (actually not that many by sci-fi standards) then Eortan, a kingdom of 56 worlds (again, not terribly large by sci-fi standards), would only cover some 280,000 cublic light-years. Given that a single arm of the Milky Way is 1000 light-years wide and although I couldn't find the numbers, I'm going to guess about as many tall, then they would not even cover the entire width of their spiral arm, much less length or spreading to another arm, as I already mentioned they have!

Simply put, this Galactic Federation is either so STAGGERINGLY massive that it would make the Imperium of Man look efficient by comparison, or is speaking for a significant chunk of the galaxy that is unexplored, un-contacted, un-colonised and un-represented!

Ships will just add more to your fleet HP.
Weapons:
Different weapons will give modifiers to your attack score.
Bombers:
Attacks by them cannot be dodged unless by the deployment of fighters.

I also believe that battleships should also be able to field superweapon variants of its attached weaponry, dealing more damage against bigger ships (other battleships, cruisers, carriers) but unable to target smaller ships like bombers corvettes and fighters

Makes sense, carriers are equipped to deploy ships from the far back and not suppossed to engage in direct combat so their engines are not made for avoidment of direct fire. Battleships are armored enough to withstand most hits so if anything cruiser speed would be used mostly to ram smaller or exposed sides of equivalent enemy ships rather than avoiding

I have some good news, the Noo Liberty Union has succesfully Terraformed the infamous planet Zeka-IV in the Zeka system. You know the planet with all the harsh radiation storms, it is now a prestine and golden gem of sand, hot air, and lovley shaded valleys. It is perfect for a new colony, so expect to see an increase in our produce in the next few years.
