Some random thoughts:
>horde armies might be a thing now given the new charge and morale rules
>Rapid Fire 2 combi/storm bolters are huge for the price point
>the new Assault Cannon seems great against hordes
>Riflemen Dreads (2xTwin Autocannon) are probably back
>Terminators with 2 wounds is huge, as it helps enormously against volume of fire
>Deathwatch Terminators are crazy. 3 Assault Cannons (18xS6,-1) behind 2 TH&SS, 2 wounds a-pop? Yes please.
>ATSKNF is yuuuuuge. It will force everybody to play differently against marines. Against normal armies, forcing morale tests by inflicting a single casualty against expensive elites will be a thing. Against marines this tactic is too unreliable and enemy armies will need to plan to whittle elite marine units down to the last man.

This. They are not too OP against medium and heavy vehicles now. The Deathwath frag cannon looks also pretty impressive right now. I have a feeling that this edition will again be about spamming S6/S7 shots.

Damn Terminators look really fancy, for once. Wonder how Deathwing will fare.
