8th is dropping a few weeks from now, we won't really know much until then. Some other factions have had sizable leaks, but Necrons are sadly not among them. Hang tight till the release of 8th and stick with core units for now.

Gauss is now ap-2, so the gauss weapons are essentially the old ap3.
Monoliths are giant sacks of HP with the ability to teleport troops, and injures creatures that charge them.
Barges are fragile but fast by new vehicle standards.

All those overpowered vehicle destroyer weapons suck vs necron vehicles though. They just have to try and mass fire them down.
