Also, I just wanna say, I know we'll probably be wailing and gnashing teeth again if things go wrong in Summer, but I really don't think /tg/ is or really fell to being a completely shit team.

This was the perfectly encapsulated experience of the team: very solid play throughout, with flashes of brilliance, and an over arching problem with being able to finish when we need it. A solid team that plays pretty consistently good football, but can't seal the deal.

Well, what a road it's been. Unfortunately our season ends here but, on the final day of the Cup, I don't think that's such a bad thing. Going from a Foetus all the way back to Elites in a single season has been one hell of a rollercoaster.

It is such a great feeling to have banished the spectre of PES 16 and our fall from grace, back where we belong in the big boy cup with our FLGS brothers and sisters(?). Of course our "reward" for all this is that we get to do it all again in 3 months but we'd glady do it all again if it meant getting this result.

A big thanks to you, /tg/, from Lazyturd, Marqod, and the testing team. We all love this board and we want to see it do well. See you all very soon.

P.S. We won't be running a roster poll this time due to the shorter break between cups not allowing us time to get new aesthetics done for any new players. Instead, we're looking to update all the less than stellar player models we have currently so look for a new poll after Summer, most likely.

However, we are going to be running a music poll so please submit ideas for new goalhorns/anthems, goalhorns for specific players, etc.
