I want to know if it exists out there a Submarine RPG. Not a wargame, i mean some RPG where i can embark with several friends in all the stations of a sub and go on a hunt.
Pic and Silent Hunter 3 related

Captain Sonar is somewhere between a board game and an rpg. You need a bunch of people for it though. You could probably find a way to gm it for a party though.

OP is either on the same wavelength or is an old ex-friend of mine who thought up the idea. obviouslky, in either case, a lesson needs be taught:
YOU AUTISTIC FUCK:
it has not the pacing or the set-up to make for a good RPG. no number of PC's are that co-ordinated.
it's a shit idea.
it might work if all your players are over 50.

I'm pretty sure there's some GURPS book covering that.

HMS Marulken (sp?) let's you do that in a video game. Google it.

Anon is right.
GM is the captain, the maids are sailors. Maybe need to change up the stress tables and stuff, as you're unlikely to go on a shopping spree on a sub, but outside a couple things like that it'd work well.

>first two years of gametime is being a fucking nub and completing your quals on 2 hours of sleep every 18 hours
Yeah, nah.

Any generic system will do, you don't need a dedicated one. Submarines are basically underwater space ships, so pick a sci-fi game.

please elaborate?
I was just listening to story about a CoC game ran on a submarine. The keeper turned off all of the lights but one, which he replaced with a red bulb, and whenever a player left the greater group, he made them leave the room and they had to communicate via walkie talkie.
So, whatever you do, do that.

I'm working on a Submarine RPG at this time
The crunch is heavily based on battletech, but with gameplay aimed more towards Traveller-style exploration, gazetteering, and adventures in the great unknown
Expect to never hear back from me as I die before I make any significant progress with this project
Otherwise wish me luck
