Migrating my request for a race ref for a setting I'm running. The reference image shows the basic sexual dimorphism I'm going for. I don't need color or anything too fancy so long as the image is crisp and clearly represents the anatomy of the race. Legs would look more or less humanoid with pronounced joints like the arm. Center image on the ref is just to give a basic idea of layout.

Looking for a Goliath barbarian, bear totem if that helps for any decorations, that is wearing similar furs to the stock photo.

The weapon on the left is a basis for what I'd like him to have, making more tribal doesn't bother me at all.

For the markings on his head I wanted something more sharp as opposed to curved.

Only thing I do ask is no earrings or nose rings please, also if he could be wearing just a simple locket I'd appreciate it.

He's jumping across a gap in a pose like the largest image. He has the facial features and cocky expression of the facial portrait, but no scar across his head like the one pointed to yet.

He's in the armour of that smug asshole with the apple at the bottom, but across one of his baldrics is a collection of knives like the sneaky guy.

Finally, in his off hand is a hookshot-like device that we just found in the latest dungeon. I did a terrible job indicating where it should be pointed in photoshop, but hopefully you get the idea.

Requesting a tiefling dragoon fighter for an upcoming FFXIV game I'm in.

She should be in the armour and the stance of the romanesque lady on the right. I've included a helmet, though id prefer it be tucked under her arm or something. The facial reference is the tiefling on the right: moon-shaped tattoos aside, I'd like her to have splotchy skin, but I'm fine with just regular dark grey skin tone as well. Her hair should be done up in an updo like the middle image. Instead of the lion, could I get the ram skull as the crest on her armour's centre? Migrating my request anyone wants to give my Swashbuckler/Pact of The Chain Half-Elf a shot?

She was once a navigator, a smooth talker, and very beautiful. She uses a rapier, has long dark violet hair, similar to the image at the bottom right. She dresses very stylishly similarly to the image on the far left, but she does not like to show her skin so she is covered very well. Thanks to her pact she has been given fiendish glowing eyes similar to the image at the lower center. Try and make her as hot as possible.

Also due to her pact she has been given a fiendish owl familiar, it's creepy and it disturbs her to no end. The best I could find is the owl image here, but honestly, I'd like anything spooky and uncomfortable, have fun with it.

I request a paladin-like character who wears armor that combines the practicality and modernity of figure 1 with the holiness of figure 2 (but no capes or other flowing parts, and gold/white).

His head is visible, which resembles Sagat's (figure 3), but instead of an eyepatch, he has many blue eyes on his head akin to a Biblical angel. He also has a golden aura, and his sword is made of fire. Instead of Sagat's angry expression, my character has a "fear not, I'll save you!" expression and pose (like in figure 4).

The character is a cyber-bounty hunter, ex cop guy that travels in between cities and do stuff.

A>The Character general body type
B>The Character clothing and face (complete with hairstyle) The Trenchcoat is partially opened on top, revealing some burn wounds that goes all the way to the neck from the chest. (Sorry I couldn't find any reference for burn wounds)
C>His Mechanical Arms, they are not covered by the trench and are visible, the shoulders have a mechanism that reveals an expandable ballistic shield (The shape is kind of circular, but be free to try other shapes that would make it cooler). It is able to cover almost all the arm and head.

Requesting : my minotaur squire. He's 14, so reference image is more of what his build will be in 5-10 years. Same horn shape, no metal. He has 2 fingers + thumb per hand and red-brown hide, not white.

Requesting a wholly evil elf- orc hybrid vampire queen (the first vampire), being dutifully followed by a blind regretful merfolk. He is also a vampire. Behind them is a red desert, stretching out into the distance.

My campaign's coming up in a while and I'd love to get my BBEG drawn.

Lad may resemble a sailor moon villain, but he's nothing to fuck with. That's 6'3 of lean fucking muscle we're talking about here. Half-elven, so the ears are fierce. Face in the reference pic, clean cut, blonde, determined, smug, fabulous. He's sporting a long coat with a checker pattern, because the fucker loves chess. Don't ask, it's a thing with villains. Black pants and shoes, overall fancy. NO SHIRT - look, he's doing the pose that dude in the bottom is trying to pull off. Pulling the left side of his coat to the side with his hand, so he can show off A HUGE ASS BLACK ROSE WHERE HIS HEART WOULD BE. It's growing from his left nipple or something, covering his whole left pec. For the full effect, have some black rose petals falling around him, if you wish. Disregard my statement, this is as gay as it looks.

I'd like to request a small bunch of adventurers to commemorate my fiancee getting involved in DnD for the first time. I know requests with multiply characters are often unpopular, but I'm just putting it out there. To the people saying I should get this commissioned, it's not something important enough to any of us to spend money on it (I don't even bump). I'll continue requesting this once a thread until I get bored of requesting, it worked for the sky elf guy.

We have an 8ft tall goliath (bottom left). Gray skin, shoulder length blond hair (straight), and silver eyes. He wields a pike, or a halberd, and wears chain mail.

Sir Silverthorn had a squire by the name of Gaston, who I imagined to look somewhat like the disney character (top right), but as a 14 year old half elf, who isn't quite as buff yet, wearing some kind of light armour. Also isn't a dick, he's more tired, and a voice of reason.

Then we had Jako, a catfolk sorceror. He looked a bit more like a cheetah than a house cat though. He had cheetah spots, sky blue eyes (with clouds in them, even), and short, well looked after golden blond hair.

We then have the rogue, Mao, another catfolk. She looked like a cheetah also. She has golden eyes (top left), and big ears (a little like khajit ears, if you play skyrim). Mao was a street urchin, and had a pet mouse called Cheese, as well as having a rapier.

Both catfolk have small cheetah skulls, slim bodies, and slightly bigger paws (bottom right).

He himself is a quiet, soft spoken Priest with the difficult job of teaching new worlds that his savage Death Cult is at its heart, a "Religion of Peace".

He was sentenced to die by his Cult for not being Puritan enough. But due to a tricksy pyromancer, survived a burning of the stake. He is now convinced he is an Imperial Saint.

most of the girls I ever played with either went for a cute animal person race like Hengeyokai, Catfolk, etc or played something that gave them access to cute animals like druids or in one particularly rules aware case, animal domain cleric. Only time I ran into a girl player who didn't follow that norm was because she liked playing rogue type classes in WoW and other MMOs.

Ok this one may sound weird.

My RT group are about to find an imperator titan that's been lost to the woods. I basically want a wooded mountain like pic attached but I want the peak of the mountain to have the silouette of the top of the titan in pick related.

The idea is the titan is essentially a fossill by now but the mountain peak gets its shape from the titan top.

I've been practicing a lot of photocopying in my sketch book and in photoshop, and I'm starting to be able to draw things that look like what they are suppose to look like. If I really take my time and measure I can even capture likeness in faces. I want to start making actual finished pieces from imagination. How should I get started with colours? Should I eyedrop from photos and other people's art unit I 'get' it?

Borrowing colors from photos or paintings is a pretty effective solution. That is not always gonna work tho. I would suggest reading Andrew Loomis - Creative Illustration, you can just read the pages about color and I think that will help you get started.

/r/ing a pic of my Lizardfolk Necromancer.
Definitely a scrawnier lizardfolk than normal but physically unremarkable although he has a couple light tears in his head fin, and wears a ruddy copper ring on his left ring finger.
He wears light animal hide armor on his wrists and ankles, while the rest of his body is covered in an old linen robe. He's covered the shoulders and back of the robe in swampy leaves as some sort of camouflage.

He wields a gnarled wood staff, and off the tip there's an old orc skull dangling from a vine wrapped in and around it.

Imagination takes a lot of practice drawing from reference images. Eyedropper seems to be a good way to start. You're going to need to do a lot of practice to be able to draw from imagination, and keeping reference around is always going to be helpful, regardless of whether it's cg posed to a goal or just photos.

Hell, disney hired models back in the day as reference for their animators.

Can I get art for my fantasy special-forces? They're essentially a squad of highly trained rangers that do stuff like protect nobles in high risk areas or assassinate commanding officers with guerrilla tactics and maximum OPERATORS OPERATING OPERATIONALLY, and each of them is granted a knighthood in return.

They wear pretty drab military uniforms, a munitions breastplate under a leather harness that holds ammunition and looks a little bit like a modern military vest, and special helmets that have a monocular built in and function like magical thermal goggles. Some of them wear camo ponchos, cloaks, or hoods, and all of their metal equipment is brushed, painted or finished a darker grey so the gleam doesn't give away their position. Their weapon of choice is a long, double-barreled wheel-lock firearm with an under-over design, and they typically have knives or short swords with them. We're talking like, 1600's foxhound knights.

They players are going to encounter them on the rooftop of an abandoned hospice while not-zombies ransack the place, and they powerslide, dive around, and are generally very, VERY mobile, so ideally if I could get an example of them in movement, that would be fantastic. Thank you thank you!

Hi there! Requesting a version of my High Elf Druid in her common clothes!. I'm hoping more for an Elizabeth style in design, where its a high wasted skirt with a button up tucked in. Instead of the skirt doing down right under the knee, I'd like it more down the ankle and buttoned up like the design in b, as well as a more flowy long sleeve with the buttons up to the mid neck. Her hair is usually messy and covered in flowers, but she usually braids it whenver she goes into town (still druidcrafting flowers to place in it though). Her druid circle is 'Circle of the Land' based on the coast, so (if) color then light blues and whites would be awesome!.

Requesting a wraith that is whispering to a man. The man in himself need not be the focus of the drawing, but if possible a black silhouette. The Wraith must have aspects of a moth, its eyes must be bright in a strong red.

Well, her backstory is still the same. Dwarf pally of Heironeus gets sneak attacked to death by npc rogues, party druid had a Reincarnate scroll on him, d% came up 26, she comes back as a gnoll, hilarity ensues.

Recently, she went looking for the famous sword Exordius, which used to belong to a lich's war commander and was redeemed by the heroic sacrifice of a paladin of Heironeus(The ghost inside the sword's gem), all just to prove the church that her conviction is still the same(they didn't really ask). After performing the appropriate rituals and awakening the sword's powers, the party think she gained a stand.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to draw me a Kobold?

This Kobold is roughly 1'6 and is very light. She's blue-scaled (but colour in the art is optional) and has a long tail. I'd like her standing confidently and smiling, looking towards the 'camera' or to the side. She's got 3 STR and 6 CON, so preferably make her look weak. Her eyes are a lovely, ruby red and she's got little, cute draconic wings. It would also be nice if she had a ball of electricity in her right hand. Her torso build is like pic related, too.

I need art of a sword. Not wielded by the dude in #1, but matching the style of it. It needs to look kinda like a greatsword, with the size sorta indicated in #2. However, the ratio of handle to blade should be sort of close to #3, maybe a hair shorter, and with a slight curve on both blade and handle. #4 is basically the blade- it should be curved just a slight bit more. Overall the aesthetic of the sword should match the dude in #1. Thanks in advance, anons

Requesting a 1800s female monster hunter who accidentally traveled into the future and ended up working in a convenience store chain. She's at a counter looking down at a mimic who took the appearance of a cash register with a monotonic look of "what the fuck is this" while a possessed suit of armor peering from behind tells her "I bethink it wanteth thee to pet it". The monster hunter is everything like in the reference picture except she's wearing a red and black convenience store shirt with her gear over it. The name tag should say Marie. She also has light brown, messy long hair. The mimic is giving off a friendly vibe, like a dog wagging its tail. The suit of armor (a promotional store display that was possessed) has a green store apron on. As for the convenience store logo, it can be whatever you want or just the 7/11 one. Thanks in advance!

dont worry too much, i think most of the diesle-punk aesthetic comes out in colors, should you chose to do them. darker tans and grays or blues sort of like in this reference here.

also, if it is too late, dont worry about it, but if it is at all possible to modify his expression to be a bit more similar to that in the bottom right most face of the first reference image? it's by no means important but if you think you can, awesome.

Thanks for the suggestions. Did that quick sketch before going to sleep. For some reason I had the assumption that minotaurs had short lifespans. Turns out it's the opposite but they mature at the age of 18 just like humans. Also tried to change the face to make it look young.

I've always been kind of vague about lifespans. I don't think it comes up often in settings like Dragonlance or 4e where they're playable so I just keep this character as basically human age equivalent.
