Throw Anything, go to town with a set of Returning Greatswords and ranged combat maneuvers. You'll need Quick Draw if you want to do full attacks, but PoW means you don't need to.
Your full attack (if you even can) will be worse since you won't have multiple good weapons and will have fewer attacks, but your single-attack strikes will be quite solid.

I was staggered in timestop, allowing me to then get more actions via smart usage of my counters/magic items to then hit the level 19/1 sorc/ dragon disciple 6 BBEG through all his immunities (I was level 19 at the time in a 3 year campaign) in timestop.

Karzoug can always kill half the party during the first round if they fumble wail of the banshee saves.

His minions are also quite a bit of a conundrum depending on how much the GM pulls his punches. Put too much attention and Karzoug gets entrenched and fucks you up, too little attention and their paltry damage adds up and he also fucks you up.

In my setting I changed Hags significantly for their place in the setting's lore. There are no outer planes, but instead 9 types of native outsiders all based on a different way they propagate themselves. Hags are the CE outsider and actually even more significant for their relationship with mortals as being the first means through which mortals learned magic.

Hagcraft which begot Witchcraft which begot Wizardry. Mortals would learn hagcraft in one of two ways. In order to create new hags a hag would capture a mortal and torture them until they turned into a hag, then the hag that did the torturing would often be killed and consumed by the new Hag. Those mortals who escaped part way through this process would often come back with some small knowledge of Hagcraft. The other means is Hags would on occasion, for weaker hags, make deals with mortals for them to sell out their companions. The deal would often, on the Hag's end, be to cast some sort of spell for the mortal or more rarely to teach them some cantrip.

So Hags are the birthplace of all learned mortal magic. Witches, Magus, Wizard, Summoners, Bards, Skalds, Alchemists, and Investigators all come from hagcraft (I could draw out the branching disciplines evolved).

That won't work, swift won't let you take the interrupt needed to BtH. You'd get a standard on one of your initiative counts, not during theirs.
If you've got another method, I'd love to know it.

TMS switches the caster and one target. If you amp that up to multiple targets, you get a simultaneous switch of the caster and all the targets. No way that'll dump target A in target B, but could mean A and B share the caster's headspace while the caster splits or duplicates themselves.

This is the most direct application of hagcraft for mortals. The main difference is the familiar as a conduit between hag's patrons and mortal casters.

Energy drain is too high level to have thanatopic so it falls under constant death ward. Enervate is only 1d4. Also I'm never flat footed and have smash from the air.
