Constitution is the best stat for a pilot, not dex. Second would be wisdom or INT.

The pilot in question is from Titanfall. They pilot mechs like pic related.

And when they aren't doing that, they're wall running and double jumping like a 1990s platformer with explosives and combat stims. And they can take out a soldier with a nice kick in the face.
