Not really. I assume most places that hold casual tournaments have their own lists of banned cards or decks. Goats is still a thing and DuelingBook has a dedicated list for it.

Making a list for casual play is kinda hard because people have different ideas on what should and shouldn't be banned.

Everyone I've ever "played casually with" has used the official Tournament TCG banlist. it's just easier that way, it's ready to view, and no need to do any more work than go to the website and look it up.

Does anyone else feel that ZOO and Kaiju is a fucking blight on the game at high level play? Like either you sit and wait for your opponent to make a move that takes ten minutes only to fuck your board over in one move, or you get a decent board with a good monster only to have it kaiju'd because "I'm going to play the game fucking for you."
