Okay, is the world on fire today? Is some kind of cosmic destroyer made of eighty percent tentacles and twenty-percent spite looming over the horizon? Are there any other super-gods that want to challenge my wits, mettle, or patience? Do I have to encounter a situation in which invoking Eternity is the only obvious solution? Did someone mess with Bastion's bird farm?

No? Okay, GOOD. God. I have a headache just thinking about it. I had enough of trying to wrap my head around the previous world as it was. And I'm all out of Divine Charms because of it, too. Oof. Anyways, just to play it safe and because I keep getting roped into trouble ANYWAYS, I declare myself Sorcerer Supreme again.

Annnnnd apparently the local pantheon takes offense to my existence not even a few minutes later.

Attempts to resolve things with diplomacy, as is standard for me at this point, are met with cries of 'ONORE DIKEIDO' so I just stop being nice and whip out the Decadriver, and then magic when that stops working. On the plus side, I can use the Hercules Method without looking like a dump truck tied to a tank anymore. Call me weird, but I'm not a fan of the look.

It’s strange when a jump begins like a bad fan fic; In this world I was the cousin of Kurumu. Not really surprising I suppose given how rare succubus are. Still that meant that I got dragged in to her schemes to win Tsukune. This had to strange effect of me becoming friends with Moka and the rest of the girls. Through me, my companions became friends with them as well. In fact Yukari added me and my wives to her Dream Harem with Moka and Tsukune after we protected her from some bullies. I get waifued with frightening regularity.

To give us some distance and allow the girls to grow I joined the music club instead of the newspaper club. Not that it really helped that much because they would often come to us when they needed help anyways. Like with Tsukune was found out for being human…

Now there was a time I proved how horrible a person I am. I needed Tsukune to *Die* so he could become a ghoul and later a vampire. So we held back against Kuyo until he landed the surprise attack on Tsukune. Then we broke every bone in his body in retaliation. It didn’t make me feel better sadly.

After that Tsukune came to me to try and get stronger, and I really felt I owed the guy. It didn’t hurt that we were both being targeted by anti-thesis. So I gave him a stand, trained him in exalted martial arts and Hamon (Somehow he gained a habit of dramatic posing after that)

My companions also helped to train the other girls, Yukari and Kurumu learning new magic for example.

We helped them throughout the rest of our time at school, we were there when they put down Anti-thesis, and we helped them fight Moka’s sisters and Fairy tale. Usually we were holding back to give the kids a chance to grow. In the end I guess we really didn’t change all that much except I managed to talk Moka in to agreeing with being part of a Harem so everyone wound up happy in the end. Well all of them.

It seems that in our travels through this world Alice has grown very fond of it, she likes the idea of humans and monsters trying to get along and has become friends with many of the girls especialy Yukari. She and Her Uncles believe that she might be happier in this world than in her own or any world we might find along the way. It’s funny it just seems like yesterday I was trying to comfort a crying little girl as I was trying to explain that she could make friends with people without turning them in to mindless zombies…

I knew this day would come eventually. The more people I took with me the greater the chance someone was going to get tired or decide they found the world of their dreams.

I am happy for them… I am. I just am very sad that I will be losing my friends for a while, that my family will be growing smaller. It’s funny looking back on the summaries they aren’t mentioned all that much but each person who travels with me is such a dear and important part of my family. The Idea of letting them go really is agonizing yet… that’s exactly what I have to do now. I have to smile and hug them and let them go without breaking down in tears until we are in the next world. I don’t know if I am strong enough.

How do people feel about selecting drawbacks that really aren't? I'm thinking of drawbacks that forces you to do stuff you were planing on doing anyway, or that change the setting in ways that, while objectively bad, are actually beneficial to your plans.

Technology
In general it's easier to mass produce on a large scale, more intuitive, more responsive, more stable, and easier for the masses to use.
And the aesthetics are better.

That said, I prefer biology out of all of them. It can have virtually the same aesthetics and clean lines of technology, and it can also heal and adapt to it's environment.
Imagine tanks that were omnivorous plantoids.
Data slates that just need to be dropped into a nutrient tank at the end of the day to repair, upgrade, and recharge.
Weapons that not only kill the enemy, but utilize their corpses to make more ammunition and restore themselves.

It has stricter activation requirements than Giantification and is more limited in creative applications than Earthflow, but you're also nearly unstoppable, as long as your stamina holds out, since you can just use nearby earth to reform from any damage.

I'd imagine an Attack on Titan jump would either have to wait until the manga finishes, or risk requiring major rewrites and updates as the manga reveals new information. After all, it was only recently revealed that humanity is not nearly extinct and only a certain race can become titans, and we still don't have objective information about where the titan power comes from and how it works. Changed the extended stay drawback to a one use thing, that's about it

I feel I made a huge mistake with the RP to CP conversion. I didn't really think about it too hard when the initial thing was proposed, so here's what I'm thinking I'm gonna do. As it stands you can get 5400RP in the jump.

-Set the maximum conversion to 300CP. This means the maximum RP you can get in the jump is 1600RP. This will mean that the builds I've seen for it thus far don't have to change at least.

OR

-Set the conversion rate so 2CP=1RP. This would mean that the maximum amount of RP you could get would be 2100. This would also make the equipment section a little more balanced in my eyes and also mean that Celestine is properly priced.

If I hadn't already seen some builds it would be the latter option

Well… I am here… I didn’t know where here was. This place has been kind of empty. We have done our best to entertain ourselves. Sorry I did not see this earlier. Honestly I intended it to be more Gothic or typical monsters that you would find in Ravenloft; however I didn't specify. I will leave it up to you with one warning the more powerful of a creature you pick, likely the more attention you are going to draw from the dark powers and dark lords. Dragons are really really rare in Ravenloft (I think Strahd keeps a Red Dragon) .
So technically you can do it but it might not be the wisest thing to do.

The reason I took it was someone suggested it and I didn't want to ignore that, I unfortunately rolled for a starting location a place that had practically nothing in it.
And since the starting location was upper levels it meant there was nothing there for quite a long way.
As for the controversy I had hoped it would be ignored, generally there isn't much discussion on my builds.

While they have a point on the numbers, if you max out all the bulk purchase sisters you cap out at 95, no idea what the cost would be, I think that it forces you to choose if you want a lot of vanilla sisters or fewer sisters with more bells and whistles. I think that's a valid either/or to give jumpers, but I haven't really run the math on what it looks like doing both extremes. I also think that said either/or should be evaluated in light of the 1000RP, with CP purchased RP being a way to cheat the system a bit.

I'd say have a go of building with those to ideas in mind, quality vs quantity, and if you're satisfied with the result afterward then you're good to go. If not, time to rebalance.

Making an effective build unreasonably difficult because of an cheesy ineffective build that makes you uncomfortable is possible isn't a good idea. Sure the change would get rid of the massive amounts of sisters issue but for a proper build that includes vehicles and elites it makes it prohibitively difficult.

Honestly, it wasn't a problem. People only had a problem with it in Generic Xianxia because there was uncapped. You have a drawback limit in place, which this drawback would count against. This is just a shitposter trying to start easy drama.

1,000 CP doesn't seem like a lot when there are rules for 3,000 point Armies. Frankly the numbers it gives you would get you laughed at by a actual modern army, which are much smaller then historical armies. It doesn't even seem to reach company size.
Someone getting the hypothetical max 5,400 army forgoes all perks or personal advancement.

Keep the 1CP=2RP ratio, and set a limit of 500 CP. That lets you get the benefit of the scenario without taking the scenario for half your starting cp. (and is more expensive than the 400 CP for a 1000 point army you were thinking about charging after you bumped costs and offered gratis before you switched it to a scenario) So you can do a scenario for a 1000 CP army, and/or buy another for 500 CP. Is fair.

Rider and Archer have managed to work out their issues together. We're going to go generic parenting so that we can give Rider a proper childhood other than the one she had.

Maybe a 4? I picked up a little from Lina by sheer osmosis, but I didn't really get involved in leading armies until just recently in Ogre Battle. And I only stocked up on the leadership perks then by necessity. Even then I was basically forced to throw OOC powers around to succeed.

It's felt kind of unfair to beat even an army of dragons, mages, and undead when you've got a Hot Springs home base on the back of a massive crab golem and a crack squad of Kamen Rider magical girls at your beck and call. But I got over it.

I'm moving at a really slow, relaxed pace compared to previous months. I'm not really racing for having jumps done ASAP lately. It also means I'm less likely to make blunders once I release the jumpable versions, though.

I'm working on DragonFable right now, then MQ, then AQW, since those are the one I've actually made any progress in advancing, story-wise anyhow. The other jumps based on the Artix Entertainment Games should come after I play them enough to get through the story.

Sadly Oversoul is now unsupported like Mechquest, and it doesn't have much of any story-related content. So it might become a Gauntlet.

Adventure Quest will take long long time later due to the sheer amount of crap there is.

EpicDuel thankfully has enough stuff to make a jump of, but I still don't now have Varium even works.

Elegant Appearance (Dark stalkers), Life finds a way (I think; Jurassic Park) and though it's not a perk Twin faced hero Knack from Exalted Lunars. Also most shape shifting should allow you to do so.

Sorry I wasn't here to respond to this, but this doesn't really answer the question at all, since the core of what I want to know is if I can get someone who's a master in an Arcana I can't master to give me their mastery in a trade. Can I acquire more Arcana then I normally could if it's just straight up taken from someone else? But it looks like from all the other responses that it's categorically impossible to improve your abilities in Mage magic past certain limits by any means, even with power sharing or perk transfer, so I'll just have to give up on using it.

That’s your start point, once you’ve got that you’ve got options. The fastest route would be to go to Kantai Collection and grab Savage Salvage. Once you have those two, then you just build the machine(s) from the Venture Bros perk. Try to break the machines down into their component functions, that way you can only consume the read / implant memories machine. Then you’re done, you’ve incorporated that ability and can use it biologically.

If you think that’s skeevy, some people don’t like Savage Salvage, then you can do the same thing with a few more steps by genetically engineering an animal that can do copy and pass on memories. Recommendations for that are: study evolution in EVO; go magoscientist in Tenchi, Washu created life a few times so there’s canon justification for having the skill to pull that off with time and effort; study the zerg as a Terran in SC: Terran jump; pick the right combination of perks in the SC: Zerg jump so you can guide your evolution and take on the traits on animals you consume.

So there are ways to do it, I went the zerg route, but the starting point is Cloning.
