This is the one of the Magic Classes for the game. It's magic reaches the equivalent of 6th Level spells, which are the highest in Starfinder. It basically combines all those Arcane, Divine, and whatever made up magic groups you can come up with.

I ran a game where the PCs were fighting a human wereshark on a ship. If any blood had been spilled by the wereshark while he was at the edge of the ship, the next octopus they fought would have had the wereshark template.
