Most of the origins have to do with being descended of something; it needs to be a little more specific, but I know of no catchall for someone born of monsters or fairies.

The first category with all the giants and so on could be "Goliaths," maybe. I'm tempted to say "Half-elf" for the part-fairy group, because it's very much not the normal usage of the term but it's not technically wrong.
