I won't give a definitive answer either way. Urban Unease is first and foremost a collaborative work by the whole of /tg/ coming together and bouncing ideas off of each other to see what sticks. As far as I'm concerned all I did was put it in an easily readable format using the bits I found most interesting.

I want to respect its origins by reminding the readers that my word has as much weight as anyone else who contributed to the threads and to interpret things however makes them happiest. I'm sure that is how it should be played and how it was meant to be played according to the spirit of the threads that gave birth to the idea in the first place.

Here's an idea. You take ST Unlimited shard works and ST Kingmaker. This way you gain all powers you see used and power from the list up to 7 points (ST). Then you give Stand power to people. It has 10 points for power, which you can distribute. Since you don't copy shards, but powers, you also gain all ST 10 point powers from the list. by taking the last perk your powers will last forever, and you are unaging (10 point ST power). GG.
