Essentially, the closest thing they can get to a cube in booster form.
Almost everything was originally printed at rare, it's all got gold symbols now (or a unique color), and the things that weren't rares prior are top of the line commons/uncommons (these all have new art to compensate). No chaff whatsoever. Any card in the set can show up as being the first, second....fifteenth card in the pack, it's literally equal rarity.
