Trapdoors that drop you onto trapdoors that drop you onto trapdoors. The last trapdoor drops you out of the bottom of the island to fall to your death.

Doors that lead nowhere, and hallways that are still "under construction", making them either impassable OR a handy way to get somewhere that would be completely walled off if the place was finished properly.

Cleaning robot as an "OH FUCK" enemy. It is a giant metal cube perfectly sized to fill the entire hallway, so it touches all sides and the ceiling and the floor. It effortlessly slides around, and cleans up the place.

It goes around guard monsters it recognizes, but it WILL attempt to clean up the party. Which means smashing them to a bloody pulp against the wall and then cleaning away the mess witch acid solutions.

Even better, a klein bottle or projective plane. Just do the arrows thing at the edge of the piece of paper, one set pointing in opposite directions, the other set pointing in the same. Like pic related.

In an unused part of the sky fortress, a civilization of flying bird people have taken roost after discovering a way inside. They are very sensitive about the legitimacy of their claim to those rooms and halls, and will be easily angered if you bring up the subject.

Players walk into a room with a bored looking skeleton with a cup game ready. Wining the game opens the door to the next room. Losing the game causes a meaningless counter in the room covered in scary looking bones to increase by one, freaking the players out. Attacking the skeleton triggers a trap.

-An enormous colony of nesting birds & flying reptiles as any floating island so long as it doesn't have some sort of barrier is PRIME real estate for all manner of albatross, cormorant, frigate bird, and pterodactyl.

I've got a few, mostly stolen from here:
A floor where the first party member though the door becomes the mayor of a small village.

A floor where they end up on a game show like Jeopardy or Family Feud.

A floor which a stereotypically large boulder chases them

A chest containing a happy, healthy child that cheerfully explains to the party that the greatest treasure of all is friendship. Then he explodes.

A table of delicious looking food. There is a harmless skeleton nearby with a chalkboard and chalk and will make a mark on the board for every person that eats from the table. It's not a trap, the Lich is just curious to see the average of people that will eat strange food found in a dungeon.

A room designed so each 5-foot square is enchanted to teleport you to another, designated 5-foot square. The teleport works regardless of if you're flying or not. The only enemy in the room is a single vampire who's been stuck in this godforsaken puzzle for years.

A room with dancing skeletons. Dancing with the skeletons causes a big sign to fall down that says "SPOOKY TIME." And all the skeletons to stop, turn, and dance in a synchronized fashion towards the players. Little do they know, it's a dance off

A room that is functionally the fantasy version of seven eleven. Complete with a younger human worker who looks bored out of his mind and easy listening music

A floor that is a stereotypical maze. The maze looks sturdy enough, but in fact it is made out of cheap material. In fact the only way to finish the maze is to actually break through the walls.

A floor that is filled with dungeoneers working on a new floor that isn't completely finished. The Dungeoneers don't have any fucks to give for the party because so many parties go through the dungeon that they can't be assed to stop construction

A rigged "Test your strength" carnival game: Ring the bell to unlock the door. Only way to ring the bell is by hitting it directly.

A magical pillar with a lever. Pulling the lever turns anyone into a lich as long as they are in that room. This only works once per person. Leaving the room in any way reverts them to boring normaldom and gives them the crushing depression that comes with the knowledge that they will never again be a lich

Be sure to include plenty of door shaped wall carvings, and plenty of keys that go to nothing

3 Chalices on a table with a sign saying a chalice is the key, but one or more may hold poison. Empty out a chalice and touch the door with it when empty to unlock it.

better yet the painted doors are locked but if you paint over the lock in the right color, they lead to secret treasure. NO ONE will figure that out, thus it will be kind of pointless, but if a character does and you show them it was premeditated they will feel like a fuckin genius.
