Dorn is a classic stoic character put in a bad situation by things outside of his control. Guilliman is an idealist who has to confront the destruction and perversion of his ideals. Corax is paranoid, has to salvage shit and shoulders the guilt of his own fuckups by the end of it. They're the only primarchs who I feel aren't just one-note characters. It's reflected in their legions as well, though the raven guard are slowly losing their own battle against the jump pack+lightning claw gimmick introduced by shrike in 4th edition.

I remember reading that both Astartes and Custodes can't procreate in the latest black book. However they could very well still have sex, but they are very heavily indoctrinated, they probably wouldn't feel the need to.
None of this applies to Primarchs though as they aren't Astartes. Astartes are based on the gene seed from the Primarchs, but the Prinarchs were each individual creations of the Emperor.
