My character has a missing arm, so there's that. But that feels obvious and doesn't say much about her as a character, so I'll say her hands. She's nice looking enough and proud of her heritage, but her hands are the tough hands of a warrior. Little reminder that she doesn't quite fit in to her old noble life and couldn't go back if she wanted to.

I dated this girl for several months (well, no scars and kickboxer rather than knight, but same personality). It was mostly just kind of...there was an odd duality of relationship with her body for both of us. She enjoyed her athletic capabilities but she felt like she was a bit daintier inside than people took her for (big ethnic Swedish blonde farmgirl from rural MN), while I was both attracted and at the same time able to think "wow, she could really do me some damage if she felt like it". Women must have to think that about (male) partners a lot of the time, but I don't think most of us have experienced it. I certainly hadn't.

She's a Muto Corpus specialist (Ars Magica), so I don't think she's all that worried about it. Easily handled. I could see things about her physique she'd like to change for internal reasons; she's small enough that fights are mad scary and alcohol is overwhelming.

Trivial to make temporary tweaks as you need them but one of the subtler limitations of hermetic magic is that making any lasting change to your body requires keeping spells up permanently and accumulating more Warping that translates directly to years off your life. The maga who's vain enough to keep up her perfect bod at all times, even just in front of the grogs, is kind of a tragic figure.

Still the size thing shouldn't be an issue. It's what, a level 15 spell to make yourself size 0 or +1 for any day where you expect danger.

He is missing his arm. Lost it in a fight with a big baddie.

We ended up getting a replacement through an artificer, but then that one got destroyed as well with a series of terrible rolls.

Met this chick in a game. She loves playing make characters, mostly fighters with magic sprinkled on, but otherwise fairly vanilla kind of thing.

She loves making fun of being able to kill us in all kinds of ways. She was pretty good at karate, something about black belt 4 Dan? The term never made much sense to me, but she had these annual trips to Japan for her training. She also worked in the army for like 4 years on and off.

Hooking up with her, she turned into this really strange and depressed mood, every time we were alone. She really loathed her muscles and unfeminine form (very flat chested, since little fat = small breasts), and she was just super self conscious about the whole thing.

It kind of culminated when she was hospitalized and her one leg was permanently crippled, because some retard smashed into her with a car, while she was running in the sidewalk. She's a lot less ripped now, and somehow actually seems to feel better about herself, even if she kinda sad about not having the physical strength to beat up the entire group and the GM at the same time anymore.

But she is a noble, a certain image needs to be upheld and because of it (and the scars over her eyes and body) she is way far from it.

She'd like to be classically pretty. As it stands she's fairly wretched; pale and spindly with dark eyes. It's what happens when your life as a peasant is rapidly uprooted and you're left with only a helpful ghost to help you live in the wilderness for a few years. Even now she can't get proper sleep ever, what with all of the other ghosts and spirits constantly pestering her and waking her up, whether it's annoying or abjectly terrifying.
