Know the house rules and abuse the shit out of them, and keep wild cards for last resorts.
If playing with more than 2 people, not winning and drawing a hand again could be used to bring terror to a single player.

Nothing feels better than watching everyone else struggle trying to guess what color/number is your last card, only for you to triumphantly place down a +4.
Even better if they try to toss a +2/+4 your way, only for you to combo your +4 atop of it and win while giving +6/+8 to the next person.Pretty sure this last one is a house rule, but a damn fun one.
