Other than "I die for those I love"( and die a lot), what other chapters don't butcher imperial citizens for no reason. I know the black rage is an issue, but aren't the blood angels normally not fuck tards unless they lose it?

Space wolves started a war with the inquisition after the first war for Armageddon because they were completely against the inquisition killing off human survivors. Inquisition and Grey Knights tried to betray Logan Grimnar by trying to fuck up their shit after asking for parley. Grimnar responds by teleporting to the GKs bridge and decapitating their leader, then leaving with as many civilians and guardsmen as they could evacuate.
