Looks good, a few things:
Get some agrax earthshade or nuln oil and do a wash in the cracks and crevices to really get the shading.

Guy on the sergeant's right and to his left side rear has some silver on their hands and the fellow right next to the Razorback in front of the missile launcher has some blue on the stock of the gun.

Use multiple thinned down coats.
