The Gorillaz-verse is basically like a more colorful 1984 with supernatural elements.

Honestly, come to think of it, it's sort of like the World of Darkness but with more music and symbolism.

Basically Shadowrun but without the fantasy races and set in the modern world.
It takes a VERY street level, VERY gonzo/pink-mohawk approach. The world is expected to be very grotesque but also colourful and eclectic. Player access to magic and cybertech is limited but what few scrapes that can be had are powerful and difficult to control. Junky military hardware galore.

Gorillaz is basically Tank Girl before the world ended. Same insanity.

That doesn't translate much to a tabletop game. Furthermore, their actual abilities aren't balanced at all. Murdoc is an asshole who literally just has god tier luck from ripping off various spiritual entities and reneging on deals with them while also fucking over the law and criminals in our world; that's not a stat, that's rules lawyering. Also he has an ear for catchy tunes.

2D has literally no survival skills, is extremely stupid, is weak, and cannot see very well. He only has the ability to write music, an interesting voice, and what is considered an attractive feminine form in-universe.

Russel used to have powers granted by ghostly and demonic possession, but now has nothing except glowing eyes and skills with machines, taxidermy, and music.

Noodle is the ONLY player character type character, and she's fucking god mode. Her introduction to them was playing a guitar riff that sounded like a chorus of demons in ancient Babylonian which was followed by a 200ft high kick. She can speak any language, is a super soldier genius, and ALSO has extreme musical talent.

So there's not really much to go on there. The best you could do is be a character in their universe, their groupies or friends.
On the plus side you do have plenty of random enemies from record label armies, the undead, stupid people, the Black Cloud Pirates, Paula Crackers and her batshit insane snaps with reality, and Doctor Wurzel. Not to mention ghosts, the grim reaper himself, and giant gorillas.

Meddling Kids. Its an obscure but very well rated tabletop roleplaying game.

You play as Gorillaz collaborators on an album. You deal with whatever batshit insane things the Dm throws at you while also trying to put together the music. Then you have to perform it on tour.

There's also Robot Noodle, though I don't know if she's any good at anything.

She can pilot a submarine and fire guns although her accuracy is pretty bad. She can get shot quite a bit and survive, although in the retconned death Noodle showed that beheading will kill her.

Other than getting Murdoc drinks and playing guitar almost as good as real Noodle I don't think she's good at anything else. She's apparently a bike enthusiast now though.
