Unstable - Each time the model rolls a 1 on its To-Hit roll, roll a D6. On a roll of 4+, the model and any model within 6-inches automatically takes a S4 AP- wound. Infantry may take armour or invul saves, vehicles take a 3+ save against it or lose a Hull Point. Master-Crafting nullifies this rule.

Dude, that's like the number one weapon in their arsenal is that they're spooky as fuck.

Otherwise not bad. I'd add Fleet or Move thru Cover as well, and bump the points a bit. These dudes are scary fast and terrifying to fight in close quarters, to the point where you REALLY don't want to fight them at all.

FFG fluff is still official, as long as it has not been directly contradicted by Codices or the main book (in which case the new fluff stands).

They also exist in a comparatively tiny realm of space, so there's absolutely no need to rule them non-canon because they're only a "real" threat in the Koronus Expanse.

I think they've been mentioned in the Forge World books too. I'm sure the Slaugth have - one of the Chapters in Badab War have fought against them.

Also I believe Calixis is marked on the main rulebook map in the next edition.

There's lots of references, the Calixian Cult of Sollex was responsible for the construction of a Thanatar pattern in 30k. But yes, it is highly prudent to take FFG lore as 'pseudo-canon', a source that isn't immediately invalidated but should come under BL, FW and GW lore on the ranking of how reliable it is.
