Do yo use any kind of generator/utility for your maps? I've been trying out Campaign Cartographer but its pretty fucking confusing and the artstyle is horrible.

Politics, nation building, warfare.

Supplement the mass combat rules with the stuff from Ultimate Warfare which made it much more bearable. Also Ultimate Dominion and Ultimate Rulership which made kingdom building a lot better. Also actual political maneuvering, not mustache twirling viziers and occasional assassin politics.

Eh, no stronger than aasimar or tieflings. Basical a 14-15 point race. They're a slightly better version of witch-born changelings (+2 int, +2 cha, -2 con, NA+1, Claws for 1d4, +one other racial ability).

The whole 'spellbook of the mind' thing is troublesome, but they still have to expend resources to learn and inscribe the spells into their minds.

I can just imagine one buying expensive incenses, grinding gems into powder, and inhaling them to implant a spell in it's mind.
