technically you're supposed to play yugioh best 2 out of 3 duels with side decking in between.
If you game your opponent with this card game 1 then you win the next one instantly.
basically its effect gives you 2 wins against your opponent instead of 1.

A match is played best 2 out of 3, so by winning the game with this card you win the other game too. Its a stupid card because your opponent could surrender before Victory Dragon attacks and only loose the one game.
