Yeah, Eldar are generally much taller than humans. The miniature line is typically never a good representation of scale. See the Rhino that is supposed to fit 10 Space Marines.

They're noticeably taller than regular humans and have large, pointy helmets which make them look even bigger. Eldar should be on-par with Marines in terms of height, just not in bulk.
