Personally I'd add the full set of smiters and wilt leafs just to try and counter the prevalent discard right now and probably add some number of scooze to hate on the GY a bit G1. The sideboard needs a complete rework but that should be obvious for a 2 year old deck. Could probably run blooming marshes too to cut the cost a bit.

How you guys liking the new Druid combo? I think it's pretty nuts, easy as fuck turn 3 wins, if you have a devoted Druid in your opener it's pretty much a guaranteed win turn 4 with all the recursion in this deck between rallier and ewit, seriously this deck is insanely powerful. It's essentially the same as twin, they have to hold up removal after turn 3 cause between chord and ewit and all that shit bringing the combo back at instant speed is just too easy

Rate my Druid deck. Been working real well for me, I think the red Splash is powerful. Magus feels real good against a lot of decks on turn 2, and wolf run with Knight is pretty useful. All in all I think the deck is really good. If anybody has any questions let me know.

Hey guys. My local meta has several Burn and Dredge players. I'm on Delver, and my sideborard is pretty strapped for space. My 2 Surgicals in the board feel to inconsistent against Dredge, and I have nothing but some more specific counters in the board for burn. My thought was to put a 1 of Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet in there. I know he is a haymaker in the Burn matchup, but I worry he would be too slow for Dredge. I'm going to be testing it regardless, but want to hear your thoughts.

Honestly not much. It's a good card and shows up a lot, but rarely do decks play a full playset. It's not the black bolt or black path. Sultai didn't jump out of tier 4 status. Decks usually just don't have enough room for that much cheap removal I guess, because it ends up as bolt/path copies 5 & 6 a lot. Also turning on revolt is not a given, it's much more of a hoop to jump through than people originally thought. It's a good card, but we haven't exactly seen a shift to 5cmc threats or anything like that.

Okay, but how many bannings have they hit Storm with? 4? At some point, they really have to step back and look at things a little more objectively. In its current form it is very easy to interact with considering it relies heavily on creatures, as well as the fact that it is hated out very easily. despite what memesters and shitposters say, most decks require thought and strategic playing, but if you're looking for something particularly intriguing I might suggest Grixis control. Snapcaster + kolaghan's + cryptic is some of the most fun there is to have in modern magic. If you really enjoy keeping track of multiple parts, and remembering your triggers then dredge is good. If you're all about the sequencing then elves is good at rewarding correct lines of play, and midrange decks like Jund and Abzan offer a lot of diverse play, though they do often devolve into Le topdeck war.

Best you can do is Taigam's Scheming or Contingency Plan, but these are 2-drop do-nothing cards. They can set up for either of the two you posted, and they're reasonably efficient at dumping to graveyard (of non-dredge options), but ultimately, they're cards that do nothing and are slow at that.
