I won't be including a relationship diagram in the CYOA, either. Relationships have to be figured out and they'll be somewhat subtly hinted to in descriptions.

For example, there might be 3 competing corporations who are in somewhat a stalemate, and your audit on one of them could change everything. If you topple one, sure that might mean it's better for the other guys, but at what cost? What happens to the market? What if their biggest stakeholders are each other?

Storytellers are mostly spellcaster with no real fighting ability. Or, well, it'd be more accurate to say that fights between companions are not something even a well trained human would survive. The way I see it, even the most trained human would only be able to reach "Limited" potential.
The effects are nearly immediate, as with every other cure. And you'll be aware of lack of exposure. Aging back will happen, as th condition for aging and dying is not being exposed. Illuminate specifies sunlight for a reason.

Yeah, I was targetting veteran hunters as my main group of costumers, but not necessarily all-powerful veterans with free time and skill. Anyone who can survive and hunt to fill his quota can be a reliable costumer (reliable meaning he doesn't die and can fill my own quota) that wishes to ease the job of taking on those monsters.

You are right with the bounty amount, though. When I was making the build I wasn't really thinking about how hard it may be to collect 120 bounties every 80 days given that a dragon is worth "just" 50 (which is just the value of 5 ooze, but man what do I know). I may tone it down in order to get a more reasonable amount of bounty.

Or hell, just think about pirates. The stuff they ate was basically the MREs of the day, but a single prepackaged meal just cannot contain every single thing your body needs. In their case, a severe lack of vitamin C would cause scurvy (which is why fresh lime was so treasured by sailors). Modern MREs are of course a lot better than tack and jerky, but at the end of the day it's still something you're meant to be eating for days at a time, not weeks (and even then, you should be eating other things in between if by all means possible).

Depends on the quality of the MRE and if it's actually an MRE you are talking about or one of those 'Survival Rations' that you actually can live off of with little to no problems.
The Former? The earlier posts are correct, more than one a day will kill you quickly.
The Latter? Not actually an MRE, they are actually LTSRs, people just call them that because it has become an associated term with any extremely long shelf life prepared food.
And to add extra problems to the mix, the US Military has both MREs and LTSRs in inventory.

Comfydark CYOA about a paranormal apartment the reader has just moved into. The narrator is another tenant who has come across you confused after you just walked up a flight of stairs and ended up in the basement.

From there the narrator goes through all the different sections of the CYOA explaining the paranormal mysteries that exist in the apartment building such as shadow people that travel the hallways at night or the old man who claims to be a Civil war vet with the uniform to prove it.

You pick your tenants from a large variety of cute but strange women and mysterious men who can be romanced or just befriended. You choose out furniture for your apartment that carries special spooky effects like the bed with a helpful monster under the bed, the mirror that reflects a cute ghost who helps you with your dental hygiene, a phone that connects you to people who have already died and the oven that sometimes prepares meals you didn't place inside.

Then you also pick out extra phenomena that may be helpful or neutral towards you and has various comfy effects on your life.

What's important is that nothing in the apartment wants to hurt you, it's spooky but not hostile, just different from what you'd get at a normal apartment. For a reference, it would have a lot of influence taken from the "the village" cyoa.

I'm actually considering making it if there's any interest for such an idea

I've kinda wanted to make a Transformers based CYOA, with the possibility of running a quest off of builds people make set in universe during the War for Cybertron, or the aftermath during the Fall of Cybertron and Energon scarcity.

The only problems are I don't know if I can balance the builds, make a fun engaging campaign (May have to limit builds for either Auto-bots or Decepticons), and whether there is enough interest for it...

I do have an idea for a Stat system, and perk/skill system similar to Old style fallout mixed with rogue-like elements and tactics (Turn based obviously were it to be a quest on here).

Anyone have any thoughts on the matter? Or perhaps requests for what I could focus on?
