Generate a classic dungeon crawl. There are several websites that can generate a full dungeon, complete with monsters, loot and traps. Print that stuff out, read over it, make a couple notes and you're good to go.

Combine your two favorite movies, add the cast of you favorite tv show, replace the protagonists with your PCs, adjust everything to the setting and tweak it until it makes sense.
