There's some weird kind of forced timeline you are encouraged to follow; the history of the king arthur mythos. I never really enjoyed that aspect of the game. The breaks between "adventures" might also feel a bit forced in some circumstances.

A little unrelated but I wish they didn't stick exclusively to great Britain for the expansions. Some Nevarese and Aragonese knights in North Spain would be fun, same with French and Italian maybe. If they really wanted to go nuts, there's plenty of material for Caucasian knights

Eh, I enjoyed the campaign we played, but honestly I'm not a fan of the heavily French-influenced Arthur tales. Of course the French would cuck the English king with a French Knight...

Cubicle 7 has an Arthurian game (Keltia) set a more "historical" Welsh vs Anglosaxons that I like better.
