I've been trying to think of titles that a red dragon would use, but I've been drawing a blank. Could you guys give me suggestions to get the creative juices flowing?
What are the dragons accomplishments/motivations/etc?

I'd imagine that if they'd claim territory then their title would be generic rather than a noble rank. "Lord of the Western Wastes" or "Master of the Drakespur Mountains", etc.
They might take a somewhat ironic title in some cases. E.g, a red dragon attacked a fuckhuge fortress and defeated it, and then settled in the ruins with his hoard. Over the centuries since then he became known as 'The High Castellan', a title he enjoys (and may or may not have encouraged in the first place).

She killed a hero king and in the process of hunting down the daughter of said king. Her main motivation is to supplant herself as the ruler of the land. But with the princess still alive, she wants to squash all hopes of her coming back and retaking the throne.

Well then Queen would be the main one, possibly Empress.
I'd check out Wikipedia for real title examples, like Queen Victoria and Henry VIII here as random examples:

Maybe try to make titles sound more threatening than virtuous, since it's a dragon ruling by strength and fear.
