Anyone feel like they should just remove some Imperial Guard regiments? Alot of them seem to niche and shit compared to tried and true Cadian training.

The Guard in general don't win wars. They're the dregs of galactic warfare, canonically the most cowardly and ineffectual faction available for play. They have dedicated units to SHOOT THEIR OWN MEN because they're that goddamn prone to running away in terror.
Having shitty regiments is fluffy and good.
