The setting (not the same as depicted in the PDF) is Dwarf Fotressian with hippie elves, alcoholic dwarves, malevolent goblins, thieving kobolds, ambitious humans, abandoned ruins and is primarily a dungeon and wilderness crawl.

Of course! Text rp can be done realtime too and if you're worried it's lame or too slow, it really depends on the group and DM.
Text is sometimes even better because it allows for more description, and when you strike the balance between reply length and speed it's really not too much slower than voice.

This is mostly gauging interested in a Dark Sun game. I've got most of my experience with 4e, but the magic-item dependence, lack of bounded accuracy and general super-powered aesthetic of 4e makes me want to try to adapt Dark Sun into 5e. Imagine fondling your partner's tits one second, then hearing an alarm and getting a sortie order to fight huge geometrical aliens. You would be equipped with famous WW2 plane engines as leggings. You would be able to fight the alien menace in a magical fashion because the PCs would be Witches, girls with magical abilities and when activated, specific animal parts will appear on the witch's body.
